Through our affiliation with Globex International, Longfellow Benefits consultants and clients have access to a broad range of international benefits capabilities in 130 countries worldwide. Globex International Group has 15 employees with more than 200 years combined of professional experience in a wide variety of international disciplines including pension, group insurance, expatriate benefits, and human resources/compensation. This dedicated team acts as the “brain trust” to centrally coordinate and manage activities worldwide.  

Aside from designing and implementing expatriate plans, Globex provides consulting and brokerage services for a variety of international pension and employee benefits solutions supported by their network of licensed brokers. They have built a network of “best of breed” independent consultants and brokers around the world who meet local licensing requirements, are required to maintain appropriate levels of professional liability/E&O coverage, and comply with Globex service standards. 

Globex is not simply a network of overseas offices. Their aim, first and foremost, is to work with selected providers to construct the most appropriate solutions for the needs of multinational companies. This has its foundation in fully understanding the exposures presented by the company’s worldwide operations together with an understanding of their corporate philosophy. Armed with this information, they are able to design and market a tailor-made solution to the customer’s requirements.
