We are excited to announce a new partnership with Bright Horizons to offer their Back-Up Care Advantage Program to our clients at exclusive partner rates.
Back-up child and adult/elder care consistently demonstrates a high return on investment for employers by providing emergency care to employees when their normal care arrangements break down. Employees rely on back-up care for stressful times such as:
- A child is mildly ill and cannot attend school or child care
- Schools/child care programs are closed for vacations, snow days, and holidays (or a nanny is sick or on vacation)
