HHS Releases Guidelines for Health Insurance Exchanges Under Health Care Reform

In anticipation of each state being required to set up a Health Insurance Exchange, the Department of Health and Human Services issued guidelines for public comment today, The Guidelines provide the state the framework that is required for operating an exchange, as well as the roles of Navigators and Agents or Brokers.
