Kristie works with clients to design and manage competitive and cost effective benefit programs that are aligned with corporate philosophy and objectives. Her strengths include an in-depth knowledge of self-funded health programs, worksite wellness initiatives, and consumer-driven health plans, including HRAs and HSAs. As a Certified Wellness Program Director (CWPD), Kristie serves as a client resource in all aspects of worksite wellness including program design, vendor selection, ongoing support and communication, and evaluating outcomes.
Kristie joined Longfellow in July 2007 after having worked as Regional Vice President of Sales for Meritain Health. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Emory University and holds her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and Certified Worksite Wellness Program Consultant(CWWPC) designations. Kristie is a cofounder of the Worksite Wellness Council of MA and is an active member of various industry organizations including the Boston Chapter of International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (ISCEBS), the New England Employee Benefits Council (NEEBC) and the Wellness Council of America (WELCOA) as well the Junior League of Boston and the Boston Intercollegiate Alumni Association of Kappa Kappa Gamma.
Kristie is considered an expert in the area of employee wellness and her articles have been published in The Boston Business Journal, Business and Legal Reports (BLR), Employee Benefit News, Employee Benefit Advisor, Risk and Insurance Magazine, and Women’s Business Boston.

The Worksite Wellness Council of Massachusetts aims to promote worksite wellness within the business community, facilitate communication and networking for worksite health promotion professionals, and provide tools and resources to help make worksite wellness programs grow and succeed.
