As Senior Vice President of Employee Benefit Operations, Kevin oversees the delivery of the Longfellow service model. His primary goal is to manage employee benefit operations by providing consultants with the tools and processes to better able them do their jobs. This includes managing operational relationships, the firm’s financial goals and projections, and the new hire process.

Kevin came to Longfellow in March 2000 and has served as Vice President of Client Services and Consultant prior to taking on his current role. He attained his Bachelor of Arts in History from Providence College and his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Northeastern University. He earned his Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation and holds his Life, Accident, and Health license.
