As Managing Principal at Longfellow, Joe oversees all three business units of the firm: Health and Welfare, Retirement, and Executive Benefits. Additionally, he is often brought in to provide strategic oversight for clients and team management for the Longfellow staff. His primary role is to set and promote the vision and strategic direction of the firm.

Joe entered the insurance industry in 1989 and was a founding member of Longfellow in 1998. Prior to joining Longfellow, Joe was a group representative for Prudential Insurance Company and Medical Claims Services and Director of Group Operations for Northwestern Mutual Life. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Stonehill College. Joe has attained his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) and Licensed Insurance Advisor (LIA) designations and holds NASD Series 6, 63, 7 registrations as well as his Massachusetts Life, Accident and Health producer license.
