Colleen Grady, CEBS, CWWS
Colleen’s primary responsibilities include managing the RFP process for the marketing of benefits plans, providing guidance throughout the renewal process, drafting employee communications, managing project plans, assisting with compliance and acting as a liaison between clients and carriers.
Prior to joining Longfellow in March 2010, Colleen worked as a Benefits Specialist at Bain & Company and as a Payroll and Benefits Administrator at SmartBargains.com. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College and her M.S. in Human Resources from Boston University. Colleen also holds her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist (CWWS) designations.
Colleen is a member of the International Foundation of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists (IFCEBS) and the National Wellness Institute. She has been published in Employee Benefits News.
In her role at Longfellow, Colleen enjoys the atmosphere of teamwork and feels challenged every day to stay current and to do her best work.
