Employer Healthcare Reform Filing Deadline - November 15, 2007
The first annual filing of the Fair Share Contribution Report and HIRD report with DUA began on October 1, 2007. Filing is completed on line, and the filing determines whether the employer is liable for payment. Employers required to file with DUA were notified during the week of September 24, however employers who did not receive a notice should still log on and file.
The timely filing period for the 12 month base period from October 1, 2006 to September 30, 2007 ends on November 15, 2007; however, the new online filing system will be available to accept employer filings all year. Employers may access the on-line system to file their report at https://fsc.detma.org.
