2007 Longfellow Benefits' Summer Outing

As one of Boston's 2007 Best Places to Work, Longfellow Benefits has continued its tradition of showing appreciation for the efforts of all our associates with a summer outing.  This year, we added a little competition as well as a team building atmosphere with a Boston Scavenger Hunt.  With the help of Boston Adventures, the four Longfellow teams ventured out on August 23rd to test our creative skills as well as our knowledge of Boston history.

After collecting 20 items, taking team photos with objects, people and places, and answering many questions on Boston history, the results were tallied as follows:

FIRST PLACE
Blue Team captained by Pat Haraden with Carol-Ann Bond, Craig Cerretani, Meghan Cooper, Andrew Hershenow, and Joanne Ventresco.

SECOND PLACE
Green Team captained by Kevin Ryan with John Galvin, Danielle Gostanian, Joseph Gray, Kristie Howard, and Terry Murphy.

THIRD PLACE
Gray Team captained by Kendall Storch with Kristen Donohue, Kevin Gazda, Michelle Norton, and Ken Stanger.

FOURTH PLACE
Yellow Team captained by John Flaherty with Sarah Baines, David Boucher, Liz Haigh, Phil LeBlanc and Bonnie Perry.

For BEST PHOTO OF THE DAY, the award went to the Yellow Team.
