In 2013, Longfellow Benefits will continue its partnership with one of the largest independent actuarial firms in the country to participate in the 11th year of their nationwide Mid-Market Employee Benefits Benchmarking Survey. This comprehensive survey covers everything from plan design and strategy to worksite wellness to time off to retirement, and everything in between. The results are detailed and contained in an easy-to-read PowerPoint format.
As a client, a friend of Longfellow, or if you are just interested in receiving the best benchmarking report in New England, you will have a unique opportunity to participate in this survey and get the results AT NO COST TO YOU. In addition, survey participants will receive an Individual Customized Report (Click here for sample ICR) benchmarking their specific health plans against the norms for their region. Finally, all participants will be invited to an event where a representative from the actuarial firm will present the survey findings.
Although the survey takes about an hour to complete, Longfellow will have dedicated representatives on hand to assist clients in completing the survey over the phone should they desire such assistance. If you completed the survey in 2012, your information will be stored and pre-populated into the 2013 survey. This means that you will only have to make updates next year for changes to your programs, as opposed to completing it all over again.
